The 31st Annual Gentlemen’s Club EXPO convention and tradeshow will be held August 25-28, 2024 at Hyatt Regency in downtown Dallas. The backbone of the Annual EXPO is the Tradeshow which runs on days one and two (Monday and Tuesday) of the EXPO; with management workshops, panel sessions, and evening events all three days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. In keeping with the industry that we cover, there is a very casual, party-like atmosphere to the Tradeshow—think cocktails, music and constant activity throughout. We Give Our Club EXPO Exhibitors More Than Just Booth Space

When a vendor makes some great sales at the Annual Gentlemen’s Club EXPO, the only one happier than the vendor is us. And for a selfish reason. A vendor who makes sales at an industry tradeshow is going to come back to that tradeshow. Which is why we at ED Publications go the extra mile to get as much attention as possible from club owners, general managers and other buyers for those companies that exhibit at EXPO. Here are just a few ways we do it: Each exhibitor’s company name, company logo, website and booth number is listed in the Confirmed Exhibitors Section of this website.

Exhibitors are:

• Provided with the emails of club owners and GMs to email them in advance and invite them to their booth at the EXPO.

• Announced in ED’s weekly e-Newsletter to the industry as they sign up for the show.

• Featured regularly on our social media outlets, which reach over 10,000 industry professionals.

• Listed with their contact information in the printed EXPO Program Guide handed out at the show to all of the attendees.

• Featured in the EXPO follow-up issue with on the Exhibitor photo pages.


The cost for a single 10-by-10 Basic Booth is $2,690, corner booth is $2,990, Double booth is $5,980, Quad booth 4 thru 6 is $10,900 and the cost for a Quad booth 1 thru 3 is $11,900. Each booth includes a complimentary six-foot table, two chairs, a company sign and two EXPO badges (a $718 value). Double booths get 4 badges and Quads get 8 badges. You can purchase up to two additional badges per 10-by-10 booth at a discounted price of $250 per badge. Those badges must be pre-purchased by July 1; after that date, all badges are sold at the regular price of $369 per person. A signed contract and 50 percent deposit are required to reserve your booth space. However, only full payment guarantees your booth space.
