Having a booth at our EXPO Tradeshow is a great opportunity to meet face-to-face with decision-makers at nearly 1,500 clubs across the US. But to truly establish your brand in our industry, ads in our bimonthly business magazine are a perfect complement to your booth and will allow our attendees to become familiar with your company and help drive traffic to your booth.

We want all of our EXPO Tradeshow Exhibitors to have a great show … here are some tips on how you can!

When we at ED Publications sell you a tradeshow booth for the EXPO, our work doesn’t stop there. We want to do everything we can to ensure that you have a successful experience at our show! We want our attendees to visit your booth, we want you to have positive interactions with club owners and operators, and ultimately, we hope that you make money!

But sometimes when an exhibitor has a less-than-great experience at our tradeshow, it isn’t because there weren’t buyers walking the aisles. We can assure you, there will be. And it isn’t because that exhibitor didn’t have a great product or service to showcase to our attendees. It’s because they didn’t have a strategy to lure attendees to their booth. They simply thought, “I have a great product, of course they’ll come into my booth.”

Well, it’s not that simple. Remember, this is the adult nightclub crowd. They’re used to being entertained. They want to see something fun!

Booth models can bring more potential clients!

Here’s something else you may not have considered: if you’ve ever been to another tradeshow, you certainly would have encountered booth models or “booth babes” as they’re also known. You also noticed that the booths with models had twice or three times the traffic that the booths without them had.

Why would our tradeshow be any different? If you’re assuming that club owners and operators see enough women at their clubs and that booth models wouldn’t attract their attention, you couldn’t be more mistaken! That’s why we encourage our exhibitors to consider a model for their tradeshow booth. Or, at least consider having a giveaway (pens, candy, coozies, maybe even a bar!) in your booth. Either way, you need a strategy to lure people over to your booth in an environment where you’ll be competing for attention with 100 other exhibitors. Don’t expect attendees to just walk over and open their wallets— lure them in and capture that sale!
